Our story
Built by operators who did it first.
KeyPlayers did not start as a theory about overseas talent. It started with a founder who built a company on it, then partnered with the people who could deliver it better than anyone else.

It started inside another business.
Before KeyPlayers, our founder Mitch was running a marketing agency. To scale it, he hired overseas talent through Jho’s recruiting company. The caliber of the people, the screening, the security, and the work ethic completely blew him away. He scaled that agency and sold it, convinced he had found a better way to build a company.
More about MitchA partnership, not a pivot.
Mitch did not want to stop at using great talent. He wanted to build the company that delivers it. So he partnered with Jho and her HR and recruiting expertise, brought in Olivia’s background in client success and security, and Nick’s experience training remote teams. Combined with Mitch’s knowledge of systems, marketing, and operations, they set out to build the best virtual staffing and remote team company in North America.
Then we built the technology.
Great people were the start. To make every KeyPlayer operate like a full team, we brought on our CTO, Brayson, to build our agentic AI workspace: a library of AI agents built directly into a workspace that every KeyPlayer is trained to use. The result is one operator who can do the work of three to five people, for the price of one.
“The right people, enhanced by the right AI, inside the right systems.”
The idea that became KeyPlayers.
We are still building, still learning, and still obsessed with one thing: giving founders their time back.
