Question 1

How do you find such good assistants?

Accepted Answer

Thousands apply to join. We screen for skills, communication, and work ethic, then put every candidate through intensive testing. Fewer than 1 percent make it through and get placed with a business.

Question 2

Where are KeyPlayers based?

Accepted Answer

Our operators work remotely, in your timezone and your business hours, as a dedicated part of your team. We match you with the right person for your business, not the closest one to a desk.

Question 3

Is my KeyPlayer dedicated to my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get one dedicated operator working your hours, not a shared pool of task-takers rotating between clients.

Question 4

Can I interview my KeyPlayer before they start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You meet and interview your match before day one. If the fit does not feel right, we line up another. You approve before anyone starts.

Question 5

How are KeyPlayers trained?

Accepted Answer

Before day one, every KeyPlayer completes hands-on training in executive operations and modern AI and business tools, so they are productive from the moment they start.

Question 6

What AI does a KeyPlayer use?

Accepted Answer

Every KeyPlayer is equipped with their own AI co-pilot and trained on modern AI and business tools to research faster, communicate better and automate repetitive work. The technology makes them more capable. The KeyPlayer is still the person doing the work.

Question 7

Do I need to know anything about AI to work with a KeyPlayer?

Accepted Answer

No. Your KeyPlayer is trained on the AI and business tools. You just direct the work; they handle the how.

Question 8

What tools can my KeyPlayer work in?

Accepted Answer

Whatever your stack is. KeyPlayers are trained across common tools like Gmail, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and the AI tools that speed the work up. If your stack is different, we match someone who already knows it.

Question 9

What can my KeyPlayer actually do?

Accepted Answer

The recurring work that keeps landing on you: inbox and calendar, lead follow-up, CRM updates, client communication, invoicing and AR, reporting, admin, and project coordination. If it is recurring and does not need you specifically, they can own it.

Question 10

What roles can I hire for?

Accepted Answer

Executive assistant, chief of staff, operations manager, client success, appointment setter, media buyer, creative strategist, customer support, onboarding specialist, and more. We scope the right role on the call.

Question 11

How many hours does a KeyPlayer work?

Accepted Answer

Your KeyPlayer works full business hours in your timezone as a dedicated part of your team. We scope the exact arrangement to your business on the call.

Question 12

What if it is not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

You are covered by our lifetime replacement guarantee. If your KeyPlayer is ever not the right fit, we rematch you. Because your processes live in a shared workspace, the next one is productive fast.

Question 13

How long is the guarantee?

Accepted Answer

For life. Not just the first 90 days. If the fit ever changes, we replace them, for as long as you are with us.

Question 14

What happens to my processes if my KeyPlayer leaves?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is lost. Your SOPs and workflows live in the AI workspace, not just in one person’s head, so a replacement picks up fast and your knowledge stays with your business.

Question 15

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is scoped to your business on the call. What we can tell you up front: it is a fraction of a full-time local hire, and it comes with training, an AI workspace, a client success team, and a lifetime replacement guarantee.

Question 16

Is there a cost to book a call?

Accepted Answer

No. Booking a call is free and there is no commitment. We map your business and show you exactly what a KeyPlayer would take off your plate.

Question 17

How quickly can I get started?

Accepted Answer

After your call, we match you with a screened, trained KeyPlayer and get them equipped and onboarded. We move as fast as the right match allows, without cutting corners on quality.

Question 18

How is this different from a traditional staffing agency or VA firm?

Accepted Answer

Traditional firms recruit and hand off. KeyPlayers screens, AI-trains, and equips every operator with an AI workspace, then supports them with a client success team and a lifetime guarantee. You get an operator, not just a hire.

Question 19

Who manages my KeyPlayer day to day?

Accepted Answer

You direct the work, and a dedicated client success team handles oversight, check-ins, and support so nothing slips. The management layer is built in.

Question 20

How do you handle security and sensitive data?

Accepted Answer

Access is scoped to what the role needs, and processes live in a controlled workspace. We build security and client success experience into how every placement is set up and supported.

Question 21

Can a KeyPlayer work inside my existing tools and accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your KeyPlayer works in your systems, with access you control, and the AI workspace sits alongside to make the work faster.
