We respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable Canadian copyright law, including the Copyright Act (Canada).

Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on keyplayershq.com infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing. Where reasonable, we will make a good-faith effort to notify the person who posted or supplied the material so they have an opportunity to respond.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization to use it, you may send us a written counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.
